Very clean, comfy and good breakfast
Very clean, comfy and good breakfast didn’t have my pets with me on this visit, but they are pet friendly even have doggy treats on the front desk. Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort.
This was a perfect location
Excellent! This was a perfect location for our overnight stop on the way to the Carlsbad Caverns! It’s right next a brewery also that you can walk across the parking lot to! Would definitely stay here again!
It had everything I needed
Check in was super-fast and convenient! My room was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast bar in the morning was the cleanest most organized kitchen I have ever seen. Ever! It had everything I needed to start my day.

My stay and every staff member were above and beyond outstanding
Upon my arrival it was a miscommunication with my room type as well as the price. This was mitigated by the supervisor very professionally. My stay and every staff member were above and beyond outstanding, looking forward to my return in July. Upon walking into the door of the hotel into when you are leaving out, it’s always pleasant and they are always friendly.

I’ve started at this location multiple times for work and everything is always perfect. Clerks are always friendly and helpful and always check to make sure I’m getting the most for my visit and membership.
Great place to stay
We stayed at that hotel from Feb 19 to March 10, 2021, because pipes broke in our house during the winter storm. Your facility was great considering all the challenges the entire city was having with power and water. Your staff was great, especially Patrick. Patrick saved our butt because I forgot to reserve one night and he saw it and called me. I can't thank Patrick enough. That was stress I didn't need considering we had 3 inches of water all over our house.
Nice Hotel by a lot of Shopping
Very nice hotel, better than your average courtyard. Very well maintained, nicely decorated with a modern feel. Check in was smooth, Rooms were neat, beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean and updated. Customer service was very good and professional. The hotel is next to a big shopping mall with a lot of shopping options within walking distance. Very enjoyable stay. No complaints,
Safe, Clean and Welcoming Environment
We visited the Courtyard Houston Kingwood to evacuate Hurricane Ida. Our stay was amazing. The hotel staff was very friendly and understanding of our situation. The General Manager, Mr. Ollie made sure our family had a worry-free stay. The area was safe and inviting. This will definitely be our go-to hotel when evacuating or when visiting the Houston area.

As world travelers this property is one of the best Marriott properties we have stayed in, from early check in to check out all the employees were nothing short of amazing. The room was in excellent condition and the bed was extremely comfortable. Anyone in San Angelo for a weekend this is the hotel for you, 6 stars for sure.
Perfect night's rest along the interstate
Quiet hotel. Great night's sleep. In the morning, the lobby was very busy with lots of hard working folks from the oil business. Breakfast was very nice and offered many different selections. I booked and checked in online so my interactions with staff were limited, but this hotel was in excellent shape. Clean and well maintained.

Best hotel in Hobbs
I stayed at this hotel for a week. I’ve stayed in Hobbs several time and this was the first time I’ve stayed at this hotel. I was very happy with the service the staff was 5 stars they were the best hotel staff in Hobbs. I will only be staying at this hotel from now on. Thanks for everything!

Most excellant
From reservation process to check in to quality of the room, the experience was exactly what I would expect from a Hampton - expert front desk personnel (Reuben in particular he was amazing and VERY helpful), clean and comfortable room, good breakfast available. Upon arrival, Reuben was so kind and helpful plus he made an extra effort to have my room ready a little earlier than normal check in. We were there for a graveside service for my wife's sister, and Reuben went above and beyond to make sure that we had a peaceful stay. He also very graciously printed up a number of programs for the ceremony at no charge to us. He was also familiar with my sister who was already staying there with her husband and kept checking to see if we needed anything. Hampton almost always meets or exceeds my expectations. The Hampton in Odessa, Texas on John Ben Sheppard Pkwy exceeded my expectations. A special shout out to Reuben for the expert and gracious help he extended to us while we were there.

Good experience and friendly staff. Breakfast was good and looked like the cooking personal wore proper gloves and attire for there task. Thank you. Loved the darkness of the room and ac worked perfectly for a good night rest.
Great convenient hotel.
Nice clean modern hotel. The staff was friendly and made check in and out easy. Room was large and comfortable. It was quiet and bed comfortable. Room had a microwave, fridge and Keurig. Breakfast each day was hot and fresh. It's right off the highway and a short drive to downtown walk to deli and a few other stores. Great price for area.

Great staff, clean rooms, breakfast was good, but most of all the the staff was very friendly. The bed was very comfortable, they even recommended a Mexican restaurant that was great and great drinks!! I will stay here again!! Thank you guys so much
Best stay ever
We booked rooms for our meeting for the weekend. We absolutely loved the hotel. The staff was awesome, the rooms were fantastic and the breakfast was hot, tasty and wonderful. There was not one negative word said about our stay. Would highly recommend!

Great stopover
We stayed here on a road trip and for a stop at the Caverns! This place was great! New and very clean…I will be adding this place to our “approved” places for future road trips! The staff was very friendly and the room was spacious enough for 6 of us!
Good stay - good smell
I lived here for three nights using Marriott Bonvoy rewards while shopping and visiting friends. The room was quiet and comfortable. Upon entering the room, there was a clean, pleasant odor. The room was quiet and relaxing. No visible maintenance issues within the room or building - all lights worked. The room is well lighted and comfortable with a complete complement of silverware, dishes, towels, etc. I would stay here again.
Honest and nice staff
Beautiful clean room and convenient location to west Houston! Most importantly mom left her Louis Vuitton bag and they returned it days later when she realized it was lost! Love this hotel staff will stay again!

This was a very clean and up to date king bed suite. The size was awesome and the amenities were great. The shower was large, great hot water and and very clean. The bed was comfortable and no noted odor. House keeping does an excellent job at this facility. The were no safety issues to point out, all locks to doors (room and hotel) were working and they actually lock the front doors after 11pm. We didn’t have any issues with neighbor noise either across, above or beside us. The parking lot is well lighted and sufficient space to park. Staff was friendly and attentive during check in and out. Breakfast was typical buffet but lol who really stays at a hotel just for the breakfast? Definitely got some good rest along with peace of mind that you don’t get other hotels. Definitely…
Wonderful property
Stayed here only one night but really enjoyed it. Spacious, clean suite with kitchen, work area, sleep sofa and comfortable king bed. Relatively new property. Only complaint was that the work area and under counter kitchen light didn’t work. Friendly and accommodating staff gave me free laundry detergent and told me the washer/dryer was free! Pet friendly. Clean outside area.

We were very happy with our stay at the TownePlace in Hobbs, NM. Rooms were large and comfortable. Nice pool and hot tub. Breakfast was excellent with an adequate offering of choices. Staff were universally pleasant and efficient. We stayed in Hobbs for our trip to Carlsbad and surrounding area. My experience is that the hotels in Carlsbad are usually a disappointment, so we didn't mind the extra driving time by headquartering in Hobbs. The TownePlace was an excellent choice. Plenty of good restaurants within walking distance.
